Ranveer Singh reveals Gujarati nickname for Deepika Padukone

Actor Ranveer Singh's latest release, Jayeshbhai Jordaar has managed to receive mixed reviews in general and hasn't performed at the box office as well. Nevertheless, Singh being his usual self is always in high spirits. Recently, during the promotions and interviews, Singh spoke a lot about his personal life and that of course, includes wife and actor, Deepika Padukone.

Recently in a video, Singh was seen showing off his Gujarati accent in which he also revealed Padukone's funny nickname.

Singh took to his Instagram handle and posted a video with his fans. He was seen with his director Divyang Thakkar. In the video, Divyang is seen giving English words to Ranveer and he says them in a Gujarati accent. When the director asked Singh to say 'over smart' in Gujarati, he said 'chapli'. He further added, "I call your bhabhi chapli."

Apart from Jayesbhai Jordaar, Singh is currently busy shooting for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Alia Bhatt, has Cirkus with Rohit Shetty and the Hindi remake of Anniyan in the pipeline as well.
