Ranbir Does His Homework

We know Ranbir Kapoor lost the opportunity to star in 3 Idiots, but that is all in the past for him. However, he has harbored the wish to visit the shooting venue, IIM Bangalore, of the Aamir Khan 2009 blockbuster. Recently, promotions for Rajneeti have presented him with the chance to do so, and in style!

Ranbir and his co-star Katrina Kaif made a trip to IIM-B to participate in a debate with the students of the prestigious institute.The agenda open for debate was whether graduation should be a compulsory prerequisite for entering politics, with the Bollywood duo opposing such a mandatory condition. While Katrina preferred a more casual and impromptu approach, Ranbir put himself through extensive research on the topic to ensure no falsity in facts and figures on his part.

Rajneeti's director Prakash Jha has been very impressed by Ranbir's dedication to this task, as well as the Rajneeti promotions on the whole. Of all the cast members, Ranbir remains the only one to earn brownie points for full attendance in the entirety of the film's publicity campaign. So much, that he has even grumbled, with the fair right to do so, about being the only constant in the entire promotional tour chart.
