Ram Charan and Upasana discharged from hospital, address media with their little bundle of joy

Ram Charan and Upasana, the power couple of the Telugu film industry, have embraced parenthood after 11 years of marriage, as they welcomed their baby girl on June 20. The joyous occasion took place at Apollo Hospital, where Upasana was admitted on the evening of June 19, and she gave birth to their daughter at midnight. Today, after four days, the proud parents were discharged from the hospital, and they took a moment to address the media.

As Ram Charan and Upasana walked out of the hospital, their precious bundle of joy cradled in their arms, they carefully shielded their baby's face from the prying eyes of the paparazzi. 

Accompanied by the actor's mother, Surekha, the couple made their way to Chiranjeevi's residence, where they will receive warm blessings and support from their family. During the media interaction, Ram Charan expressed his gratitude for the well-wishes and shared updates on the health of their newborn and his wife, Upasana.

The preparations to welcome their baby girl began in advance, with Saturday serving as the starting point for the couple's heartfelt arrangements. Ram Charan and Upasana procured a special handcrafted cradle for their little one, a meaningful choice as it was made by survivors of human trafficking, symbolizing their commitment to supporting social causes. Adding to the charm, popular singer Kaala Bhairava composed a unique tune dedicated to Ram Charan's precious daughter, adding a touch of sweetness to the family's joyous moments.

The news of the Mega Princess's arrival spread like wildfire, filling Apollo Hospital with an atmosphere of jubilation. The Mega family, including proud grandparents Chiranjeevi and his wife, Allu Aravind and his wife, along with Allu Arjun, Varun Tej, Charan's sisters Sushmitha, Sreeja, Niharika Konidela, and many others, paid a visit to the hospital to share in the family's happiness. Fans of the charismatic actor also gathered in large numbers, erupting with excitement, bursting crackers, playing traditional drums (dhol), and even distributing freebies as a gesture of celebration.

Taking the opportunity to address the media for the first time after the birth of their child, Ram Charan and Upasana revealed their thoughts on the joyous occasion, including their decision regarding their little baby girl's name. While the actor didn't divulge specific details about the chosen name, he playfully hinted that he would share it with everyone soon.
