"I am human. I do not want to fight the case in support of Rahul." - Lawyer Neeraj Gupta

Rahul Raj Singh has been booked under section 306 (abetment of suicide) of Indian Penal Code (IPC) by Bangur Nagar police station in Mumbai. The accused is now hospitalised and will be taken to court after he is officially arrested.

Now here is another update from the 'mystery case' concerning Pratyusha Banerjee's suicide. 

Rahul had hired a lawyer, Neeraj Gupta to handle the case filled with allegations towards him.  But now the lawyer has backed out from the case!

In an exclusive statement to Tellybuzz, Neeraj confirmed, "Yes, I have left the case because I was not getting proper information from my client. But the primary reason for me backing off from the case is that I am human and I personally do not want to fight the case in support of Rahul."

We also hear that the family has filed anticipatory bail for Rahul.

Looks like the cat is already out of the bag!
