Pushpa 2 Director Sukumar Praises Ram Charan’s Performance in Game Changer

Director Sukumar, known for his hit film Pushpa 2: The Rule, shared glowing remarks about Ram Charan’s upcoming movie Game Changer. At a promotional event in Dallas, US, Sukumar expressed admiration for Charan’s acting, stating that the star deserves a National Award for his exceptional performance.

During the event, Sukumar revealed he had the privilege of watching Game Changer alongside Ram Charan’s father, actor Chiranjeevi. He shared, “I will tell you a secret. I watched this film with Chiranjeevi sir. The first half is awesome, and the interval is a blockbuster. Trust me, the second-half flashback gave me goosebumps. It was phenomenal. I enjoyed it as much as Shankar’s Gentleman and Bharateeyudu (Indian).”

The director also highlighted how Charan’s portrayal of emotions in the movie reminded him of the actor’s remarkable performance in Rangasthalam. Sukumar said, “I always believed Charan deserved a National Award for Rangasthalam. The way he handled emotions in Game Changer’s climax gave me the same feeling. He performed so well that I am confident he will receive a National Award this time.”

Sukumar further spoke about his close bond with Ram Charan, which grew stronger after working on Rangasthalam. “I love every hero I collaborate with because we spend at least three years working together. However, I usually lose touch with them after the movie is released. Charan is different. He is like my brother. We’ve stayed connected and often meet to discuss various topics.”

Sukumar’s high praise has increased anticipation for Game Changer, which stars Ram Charan and Kiara Advani. Fans are now eagerly awaiting the release of this much-anticipated film.
