Pushpa 2 Day 6 Box Office: Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna actioner rakes in close to Rs 65 CRORE on a weekday?

Pushpa 2 is smashing records left right and centre. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil fronted movie has crossed Rs 400 crores net in the Hindi belt. The demand for the movie is huge from all over the nation whether it is Maharashtra or West Bengal or Jharkhand. Allu Arjun has a huge fan base in the East and Central part of the nation due to his films coming on cable. As per Sacnilk, the film’s collections dropped less than 20 per cent from Monday to Tuesday. Pushpa 2 has made Rs 37 to 39 crores net on the sixth day. This means the total Hindi collection is close to Rs 370 crores. It has beaten Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan that held the record till date.

Allu Arjun is back as Pushparaj in the movie with Srivalli as his doting wife. His no-hold barred performance as the gangster controls the red sandalwood forests of Andhra Pradesh is stupendous. The states of Maharashtra and Gujarat have greatly contributed to Pushpa 2’s business. Besides the action sequences, the emotional content also works for the movie, especially the climax. But the USP is the Jathara sequence where Allu Arjun is simply unbelievable.

Record maker and record breaker

It is expected to make around Rs 11 crores from the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh area. It is doing decently in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Pushpa 2 sees the rise of Pushparaj as a man who has aims to conquer more frontiers than the forests. At the same time, he is still hurt over how he is not accepted as a part of the Mulethi family. Pushpa 2 continues the feud of Pushpa with Inspector Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. Fahadh Faasil’s characterization has not been liked by one and all. They felt it was too cartoonish. But the movie is pure mass cinema, and the numbers prove how much it is loved.
