Pushpa 2 Day 5 Box Office: Allu Arjun movie shows no signs of slowing down on Monday; 80 Crores on the cards?

Pushpa 2 is creating mayhem at the box office. The movie has crossed the Rs 750 crore mark globally. Allu Arjun has a huge fan base in Central and East India. For Pushpa 2, there are huge bookings in theatres in centres like Odisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand. The actor’s movies run on satellite channels and are watched by millions over there. For them, it is a moment to see him in the larger than life avatar of Pushpa 2. We saw that over five lakh people turned up at Patna’s Gandhi Maidan to see the stars when they came for the trailer launch.

Though it is a Monday, Pushpa 2 is showing no signs of slowing down. The bookings in the Hindi belt are around 40 to 50 per cent, which is great for a working day. There are 6 am shows for people. Night shows are running in West Bengal where the movie is making huge moolah. As per Sacnilk, the first Monday could be around 80 crore. This is huge. Pushpa 2 is more than Jawan, Animal, Gadar, Pathaan’s first Monday.

It seems Rs 45 crore is locked for the Hindi belt. This is more than Jawan, Gadar, Animal all of which made around Rs 39 crore in their first Monday. This means the Hindi collection is around Rs 330 crore in the first five days. Pushpa 2 is headed towards a lifetime of Rs 750 crore in the Hindi belt that is a record in itself.
