Pushpa 2 actor Jagapathi Babu visits Sri Tej in the hospital; gives a glimmer of hope

Allu Arjun is in the centre of a storm due to the tragic incident at Sandhya Theatre. While Pushpa 2 is a rage at the box office, people are raising questions on the ethics of the makers after the incident where a woman lost her life, and her son is critically injured. Now, Jagapathi Babu who played the role of Cabinet Minister Kogatam Veera Pratap Reddy in the film paid a visit to the hospital. He did not inform the press as he did not wish to publicize the matter. Jagapathi Babu said he has assured the father and boy’s sister of every possible help.

The most heartwarming disclosure was that Sri Teja, the injured boy seems to recovering well. He was kept on a ventilator for few days, and now he is showing signs of progress. The team of Pushpa 2, producers Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar visited the family and gave Rs 50 lakhs. They have promised all kind of support to them. Pushpa 2 has made over Rs 1,500 crore at the box office.

Jagapathi Babu is the first actor from the team of Pushpa 2 to visit the boy. The CM of Telangana Revanth Reddy said that no actor had gone to the hospital to see the child. He lashed out at other actors saying that people paid a visit to Allu Arjun even though he was perfectly fit and fine. Jagapathi Babu is one of the best villains of South Indian cinema. But his role in Pushpa 2 was quite underwhelming. We have to see how things change in Pushpa 3.
