Producer & Director Dinesh Gandhi Dies at 52

Producer and director Dinesh Gandhi is best known for being in the industry for a long time and has produced several Kannada films too. The man has now succumbed to a massive heart attack that he got earlier in the morning and has passed away at the age of 52.

Gandhi is best remembered for producing Sudeep-starrer Veera Madakari which was a massive box office hit and even Hoo and Mallikarjuna featuring Ravichandran that also did well.

Several friends of the man and his family members expressed shock where the sandalwood industry is mourning his demise. It is reported that Dinesh Gandhi had plans to direct a children's movie with his son in the lead. The project was supposed to be produced by Ramesh Kayshao under the banner Simhadri productions. Dinesh Gandhi had also directed the commercial movie Chatrapathi, which had Siddhanth in the lead role. The movie, which released in 2013, is the remake of the Telugu film of the same name.
