Former Union minister and Tollywood actor U.V. Krishnam Raju left the nation shocked. Raju, also known as Rebel Star, passed away at the age of 83 on Sunday morning in this city's AIG Hospital.
To let his supporters pay their respects, his mortal remains were moved to his home, where they will remain until Monday afternoon. His nephew and actor Prabhas was inconsolable as he arrived at his residence to pay last respects to his late uncle. Uppalapati Krishnam Raju passed away in the wee hours on Sunday. He is survived by his wife and three daughters. Krishnam Raju, who is referred to as the "Rebel Star" of Tollywood, has appeared in more than 180 films over the course of a five-decade acting career.
Krishnam Raju has appeared in a variety of films, including historical and mythical as well as social, family, romantic, and thriller films. The actor's most recent film appearance was in "Radhe Shyam," which starred Prabhas and Pooja Hegde.
