The Adnan Patrawala case finds its way onto the small screen...

Channel V's Gumrah - End of innocence which launched with a unique concept will see yet another juvenile crime story this week.

According to our source  , "The story is inspired by the Adnan Patrawala case. Adnan was kidnapped and killed by his friends in August 2007. He had been strangled and had left home to meet with friends.According to the police, the group of alleged murderers wanted to make some quick money."

"Naman Gor, the younger brother of Pooja Gor a.k.a Pratigya where as Nirav Soni, Jay Soni's younger brother will feature in this episode. Mayank Gandhi who played the negative role in Zee TV's Kasam Se will also play one of the important characters in the show. He will be the one who instigates the plan,"adds source.

We contacted Vikas Gupta, co-producer of the show who told Tellybuzz, "There have been lots of such cases where the friends kidnap the victim and due to the madness, they end up killing them. Gumrah will be bringing to the fore one such story. While shooting for the last sequence we all ended up in tears, even Karan Kundra."
