Playing item songs on the auspicious festival - Ethical or unethical!

While we enjoy Ganesh festival with joy and enthusiasm, though people rejoice the occasion, we ask actors whether is it ethical to play item songs during the immersion process or not.

People celebrate the 11 days of Ganesh Utsav blissfully but to enjoy this festival loud music and item songs are played to add the joyful element. We got in touch with a few actors to know that whether its ethical to play item songs on this auspicious occasion?

Vrinda Dawda who was last seen in Channel V's show Dil Dostii Dance says - "I think its not right to play such songs during Ganesh Utsav, playing songs related to Bappa is still fine but if songs like Sheela Ki Jawani, Baby Doll and all really irritates me a lot."

Ashish Kapoor

Ashish Kapoor who is seen Star Plus' show Saraswatichandra says - "Yesterday I was thinking on this issue that people indulge in wrong activity in the name of God which is wrong but when I saw people enjoying and smiling with that loud music I felt that its not wrong to play loud music if it can bring a smile on people's face."

Mohit Sehgal

Mohit Sehgal who was last seen in Zee TV's Qubool Hai says - "I don't know whether its right or wrong to play loud music during the festival but I feel its right if you think this in the context of enjoyment and fun. I don't know much about the festival as I am born and brought in Delhi where the festival is not celebrated in a way as it is celebrated here, I have learned about Ganesh Utsav when I came to Mumbai."

Vatsal Sheth

Vatsal Sheth who is seen Star Plus' Ek Hasina Thi says - "I can't comment that whether it's right or wrong to play loud music, the festival is more about positivity and spreading happiness."

Mansi Shrivastav

Mansi Shrivastav  who was last seen in Zee TV's show Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se says "It's not wrong if the loud music doesn't create nuisance and problems for others , this festival gives a chance to meet others and it also shows oneness and togetherness which makes the occasion more beautiful. So I think it cannot be a major issue if everyone enjoy the festival by knowing their limits."
