Photo: Tom Hanks 'Steals' another car for his collection!

The collection of iconic and rare cars has always been a dream for all. Similarly, Hollywood actor Tom Hanks has always been fascinated about old and out of commission cars which are no longer manufactured. But, while these cars are no longer assembled, Tom makes sure to appreciate these hunks and make them known to the world.

He has regularly featured his love for these iconic cars as he always manages to take a picture with them holding the door, trying to get into the driver's seat.

While there’s no end to his humour and witty posts on his social media handles, the actor always manages to bring up the plethora of emotions amongst his fans. Recently, the actor shared a picture which featured him grabbing onto one of the Jeeps in the parking lot. And seems like he has 'stolen' a new vehicle to his collection. However, the poor picture quality has disappointed his fans.

Meanwhile, fans quizzed the Forest Gump actor about the poor quality of the photo and they suggest him to buy a new camera instead. That’s how humorous Hanks and his fans could be!

In retrospect, the saga of these posts started off with him posing beside a tiny Fiat 126p car which is known as a ‘toddler’ in Poland. Tom Hanks took to his social media handles as he stood with a smile on his face leaning on the car. 

The film star captioned the post on Instagram: "I got a new car! Hanx".

He recreated that moment upon checking out the car and receiving it on Thursday, clearly delighted at the bright and shiny newly renovated vehicle.

While it seemed a joke, Monika Jaskolska, a resident of the city of Bielsko Biala, where the car was produced from the 1970s, decided to organise fundraising to send Hanks one of the cars. Polish racing driver Rafal Sonik then offered to renovate the car for Hanks.

Fiat 126p cars are rarely seen on Polish roads nowadays. Despite its name, some people say it is possible to fit up to 14 people inside the vehicle.
