After months of long wait, the vaccination drive for COVID-19 has kickstarted in full force. PM Narendra Modi flagged the initiative as he received the first dose of the vaccine and urged other citizens to follow.

In the past few days, Bollywood celebrities have been at the forefront as they stepped forward to take the COVID vaccine. Actor Paresh Rawal joined the bandwagon and received the first shot of the vaccine.

The veteran actor took to Twitter to share a picture and also thanked doctors, frontline workers and PM Narendra Modi.
