Pandya Store is currently witnessing some high-voltage drama and fans are constantly on the edge with everything that is happening. Kanwar Dhillon aka Shiva from Pandya Store spoke to India Forums about keeping up with intense scenes and how it affects him as an actor, especially given the current track.
Ask him how things are about to get intense and as an actor, it can be taxing to keep up with the emotions, drama, etc. He mentioned, ''Things have already become so intense in the show, Shiva-Raavi's divorce track, Dhara's pregnancy, and so much of the other drama that is going on. I think intense scenes are something for me that I enjoy doing, I can say that they are my forte and I enjoy them.''
There are days when you are not feeling your 100% and you have to give your 200% and there are scenes where you have to go all out, and somewhere it does take a toll on you and drains you out as an actor. But I think that is what the beauty of being an actor.- Kanwar Dhillon
He added, ''Of course, there are days when you are not feeling your 100% and you have to give your 200% and there are scenes where you have to go all out, and somewhere it does take a toll on you and drains you out as an actor. But I think that is what the beauty of being an actor is you know, going beyond your 100% and I definitely try and give it my all for intense and emotional scenes, because casual scenes happen, but others need a lot from you from within. For me, those scenes only take a toll when I am not feeling my 100% but at the end, it all ends up being worth it and what else can an actor ask for.''
Meanwhile, the show also features Shiny Doshi, Kinshuk Mahajan, Alice Kaushik among others in the key roles. A remake of Tamil show Pandian Store, Pandya Store on Star Plus has been receiving rave reviews so far.
