No jail for Salman Khan

Bombay High Court has suspended Salman Khan's 5 year sentence

They say sincere prayers never go unheard and so is the case with our Salman Khan. The genuine and continuous requests to the Almighty has finally been answered.

Salman Khan can now finally breathe some sigh of relief. The most awaited judgement after the verdict of his 2002 hit-and-run case is out.

Bombay High Court has suspended his 5 years sentence. The actor has to now apply for a fresh bail with the Sessions Court.

Salman Khan will have to first surrender now before the Sessions Court and then file for a fresh bail with the same. He will be granted bail on a surety of Rs. 30 thousand. The next hearing will commence in July 2015.

The actor was snapped coming out in his balcony to wave to his fans after the High Court announced its judgement.

Well, this surely is some good news for the family and friends of the actor along with the supporting fans who stood by him all the time from his verdict day.
