Nikita Sharma to feature in MTV's Fanaah!

Pretty and popular actress Nikita Sharma, who rose to fame after portraying Antara in Life OK's Do Dil Ek Jaan will soon be seen portraying a different character in MTV India's Fanaah.

Our source says, "Nikita has been roped in to play the character of Mahi who is like a right hand to Preet (Anita Hassanandani) who will be shown in 1980 era of the storyline of the show. Mahi is a very bubbly character and she is very close to Preet. Preet owns a haveli in which Mahi will be living along with her and she is much loved by Preet."

When contacted Nikita, she said, "I am very excited to work again with Vikas Gupta when I got a call to work with him again with this show. If Vikas is there then I don't need to ask anything about the show or the character; I know that it's going to be good. They have made me and I am always ready to work with them. People have really loved as Taani in Channel V's The Serial and I am sure that they will love me as Mahi too. We are shooting at a very amazing location Phaltan which is little far away from Pune with a team of talented actors and good people. Everybody is very co-operative and good to work with. I am enjoying a lot working with them."
