'Matric Pass' is a light-hearted film with a very deep message. It is a hilarious take on our education system and is being directed by Shashank Shah,' Nikhil told IANS.

'It's about an auto driver, who has to go back to school and clear his 10th class because of circumstances in his life. He cannot move ahead and do what he really wants to do until he clears that,' added the actor, last seen in 'Raavan'.
