NCB summons Deepika Padukone's ex-manager Karishma Prakash on November 10

After recovering 1.7 gm of charas and some bottles of CBD oil from Karishma Prakash’s residence, the NCB has summoned her yet again for questioning

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has summoned Karishma Prakash, former manager of actress Deepika Padukone, on November 10 for questioning in relation to the drug case and alleged connection to Bollywood celebrities.

On Saturday, a special court in Mumbai adjourned a hearing on an anticipatory bail plea of Prakash to November 10. The special (Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) court also extended the interim relief granted to Prakash in the case and asked her to cooperate with the investigating agency.

The NCB had conducted search raid at Karishma Prakash’s home and recovered 1.7 gm of charas and some bottles of CBD oil from her residence. After the raid, she was asked  to appear before the probe agency for questioning. However, she had failed to do so.

Recently, Prakash appeared before Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and fearing arrest, she had moved the court with an anticipatory bail plea.

In other news, Karishma has reportedly resigned from her position in KWAN agency on 21st October 2020. She was the junior manager on the account of Deepika Padukone and few other actors.
