Nayanthara shoots a song with Shah Rukh Khan for her Bollywood debut 'Jawan' in Mumbai today

Renowned actress Nayanthara known as the "Lady Superstar," has been in the spotlight since the announcement of her Bollywood debut in the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan. However, she took some time off to focus on parenting after welcoming twins. Fans are eagerly anticipating her return to the big screen with this much-anticipated film.

Although the shoot for Jawan is almost complete, Nayanthara and Shah Rukh Khan were recently spotted in Mumbai shooting for a song sequence at Bandra Fort. According to reports, the song was choreographed by Farah Khan, and pictures of the actors on set have been shared on various fan pages.

Jawan, directed by Atlee, is set to release in June and will be released in five languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. 

The film also features Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Yogi Babu, and Sunil Grover in key roles, with music composed by Anirudh Ravichander. For the unversed, Nayanthara began shooting for Jawan in June 2022 and has participated in multiple schedules in Chennai and Mumbai. Fans across the country are eagerly anticipating her debut in Bollywood, and her return to the big screen is highly anticipated.

On the personal front, Nayanthara married director Vignesh Shivan in 2022, and they are now parents of two twin boys- Uyir and Ulagam, via surrogacy. The actress and her husband recently visited the Kamakshi Amman temple near Kumbakonam and made it to the headlines due to her outburst. Nayanthara snapped at a fan and threatened to break the phone.
