Dashing Anuj Sachdeva who is known for playing varied characters on screen is back again in Sony TV's Itti Si Khushi. Anuj who will be essaying the reserved character of Aman speaks to us about working with the ace producer Rajan Shahi, character, his Punjabi film and more...

Here is Anuj talking about the show -

You have bagged a project after a long time where were you all this while?

I was busy doing films. I have done a Punjabi film Police in Pollywood recently. Talking about the character in the show Itti Si Khushi, I was in search of a strong character and I found this perfect one to portray on screen so there was no second thought while grabbing this new venture.

Share your experience shooting for the film Police In Pollywood?

It was fun but chaotic too. I have captured many moments while shooting. We shot this film in Delhi during the peak season of winter. I enjoyed the climate there. As I shot the film in hush and rush so I was in a dilemma whether I have done good job or not. All the cast and crew were very supportive though we did things on last moment but because everyone was co operative we managed doing it nicely.

So what appeals you more working in films or TV shows?

For me film or TV doesn't matter much. I am more concerned about the character.

Do you relate to the character of Aman in anyway?

Yes somewhere I do relate to Aman because even I am reserved kind of a person but I get motivation for portraying this character from my cousin brother. He is very matured and he has always tackled his problems very wisely and maturely.

What do you have to say about working with the ace producer Rajan Shahi?

Recently you got an opportunity to meet Amitabh Bachchan so how was the experience?

It was fantastic meeting him. It was like a dream come true. He is a very generous person and the way he presents KBC is just fabulous. I was speechless by looking at his presentation skills.

Since you have been in the industry for quite a long time so share your experience?

I think we learn and improve ourselves day by day, all the characters I have played have always helped me to learn new things. I never even thought that I will be an actor but my hard work and dedication has helped me to make a position in this industry. While playing different roles I get an opportunity to live their life.
