Mega Challenge's latest kick-off

Last week the first semifinal round of Zee's Saregamapa Mega Challenge took place where Maharashtra was declared the winning team.

The second semifinal round took place between Assam and Kolkata.

According to our source "Kolkata won the semifinals and reached the finale of Mega Challenge, which will mark the 1000th episode of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa."

The celebrity judges who were present this week were Kumar Sanu and Udit Narayan.

The grand finale between Maharashtra and Kolkata will be a roaring fete with everybody's hopes highly pinned on the teams that they are cheering for.
