Mahua Bhojpuri to come up with Mahua Gujarati!

Seems like the Gujarati Language is capturing the minds of people because after Star One, viewers are going to have not just a Gujarati band in a channel, but a whole new Gujarati channel.

A source from the industry informs, "Mahua which is a regional Bhojpuri channel is gearing up for a new Gujarati Channel which will be named as Mahua, Gujarati."

"All the technical work to set up the channel is done and a few well known Producers are coming up with their shows on the channel. The pre-production work for the channel is going on and will get ready to go on floor within a few months, "adds source.

We tried to contact Kamlesh Kunti Singh, the Programming Head of Mahua, but he remained unavailable for comments.

Seems like the Gujarati audience is the actual TRP boosters for the channel…
