True to the show's reputation for unearthing delightful scoops, Karan managed to unravel a quirky college tale involving Saif's escapades during his trip to Dublin. 

As the lively banter unfolded on the Koffee With Karan couch, Karan Johar seized the opportunity to delve into Saif Ali Khan's college days, unearthing a humorous incident from his trip to Dublin. With a mischievous glint in his eye, Karan probed, "But I heard the story, and I want confirmation. I heard that you went off, and for two weeks, you were actually with an air hostess."

Saif, known for his wit and charm, played along with a humorous reply, stating, "No no, these days dalliances are exaggerated." The details of this amusing escapade were then narrated by none other than Sharmila Tagore herself. 

She revealed, "This is when we were looking at colleges. So I thought, you know, Dublin would be a good experience, going to Ireland. He was staying with his guardian in London. The taxi was called at six o'clock. Of course, Chikoni found him fast asleep. So he was rushed out of bed, put in the car, went to Dublin, but didn't go to the university. He asked the hostess out, and they went off somewhere. This is how interested he was in education."

To this, Saif humorously clarified, "I think education is really very important, just for the record." The episode continued to unfold, blending fun revelations with more serious discussions about Saif's marriages, Sharmila's perception of Kareena Kapoor as a daughter-in-law, and their respective journeys in the film industry.
