Kim Soo-Hyun and Sulli filmed some explicit bold bedroom scenes for Real that left Korean netizens fuming. She was brutally trolled and slut-shamed on social media. Subsequently, she ended her life as she had been dealing with depression issues. Her brother Choi Dan-Hee has been very active on social media throughout his phase. He even asked Gold Medalist why the bedroom scene was added at the last minute, and why they did not use a body double.

Her brother said that she rejected the script of Real and the film came to his sister. He also said that IU did whatever she could to comfort Sulli when she battled acute mental illness. IU is also a very good friend of Kim Soo-Hyun since 14 years.
