Kim Soo-Hyun Case: Actor's home seized by advertisers; legal team says, 'We believe it will be resolved'

The Kim Soo-Hyun controversy has held people’s attention since March 10, 2025. As per latest reports, one of his homes in Seoul’s Galleria Foret has been seized by advertiser Classis. They wanted to reportedly recover three billion Korean won from him as penalty tee. His law firm, LKBN Partners has said in a statement, “We believe that it will be resolved naturally as the investigation progresses.” He told SPOTV that they can object to the seizure. However, they are waiting for the truth to come out in the criminal investigation, which will prove that Kim Soo-Hyun is innocent. Then, the money has to be recovered from Garosero and the bereaved family of late Kim Sae-ron.

Kim Soo-Hyun’s legal side believes that the Kakao chats and evidences presented by Ga Se-yeon claiming that he was in an underage relationship with Sae-ron are false. They said he have done an independent forensic analysis of the evidence but now the material is with the National Forensic Service. They will determine if there is fabrication. Their submission is over, and they wanted to see all the material presented by Ga Se-yeon. Kim Soo-Hyun has been sued by three more advertisers and his lawyer confirmed the same.

They have applied for seizure of two properties of Garosero, and his corporate sponsorship account. There is a criminal case on Kim Se-ui’s and the trial has to take place.
