Karisma-Raveena were given an Ultimatum by Salman-Aamir; Raveena Reveals Shocking Details about their Relationship

The saying 'Old is Gold' aptly applies to one of our Bollywood's blockbuster film, Andaz Apna Apna that released in the year 1994 and completed 25 years on November 4 this week.

The movie that comprised of an ensemble cast, namely, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Raveena Tandon, Karisma Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Shakti Kapoor, Viju Khote, Mehmood and many more, still manages to tickle our funny bones after so many years of it's release and so many movies in it's competition.

The film that was a box office hit when it was released but little did we know that the cast that gave us one remarkable movie had tussle going on among them throughout it's shooting schedule. Surprised right? Even we were when we read Raveena Tandon's interview this morning.

To mark it's twenty- five glorious years, Raveena Tandon took us all on a trip down the memory lane in an interview with Hindustan Times.

During her interview, the actress shared some shocking things from the movie and about herself. Talking about the film she said that people are shocked when she tells them that she hasn’t seen the entire film yet. She has seen bits and pieces over the years, including her scenes that she dubbed for.

Working on a multi starrer film, Raveena said that it was fun, as while they were shooting, none of them were speaking to each other. Sabke jhagade chal rahe the. Aamir and Salman weren’t talking to each other, Karisma and Raveena weren’t talking and neither were Salman and Rajji (director Rajkumar Santoshi). The actress further said that she doesn’t know how that film got made.

But, it shows they are damn good actors (laughs). The boys tried to bring Karisma and Raveena together and they also received an ultimatum that if they don't keep their grudges aside and talk to each other then they won't be left loose from their ropes that they were tied to while shooting the climax scene.

Narrating the incident, Raveena shared that in the climax, there’s a scene where Karishma and Raveena are tied to a pillar. So once the scene was shot, the director said, "'We won’t untie you unless you talk to one another.' It was all so funny," revealed the actress.

She also recalled, while shooting scenes, they would all genuinely laugh a lot as the dialogues were so hilarious. She concluded saying, "Hamne maze bhi kiye aur jhagde bhi kiye. Salman and Aamir are warm and loving people. In fact, I have a better friendship with Salman than Aamir today.”
