Kareena Kapoor along with Saif & kids head to favourite vacation spot in Switzerland to ring in the New Year

As we gear up ring in the New Year, B-Town celebs have already paved their ways and have been flying out of the way to their favourite vacation destinations. Well Kareena Kapoor and her hubby Saif Ali Khan, along with their little munchkins have headed to Switzerland. 

Since their 2012 wedding, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan have almost every year been to Gstaad in the Swiss Alps. With her kids Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, Kareena visited the upmarket Swiss resort town of Gstaad on Tuesday. 

It is after a break of 3 years Kareena is visiting the Swiss Alps and this is also the first time baby Jeh will be visiting their favourite family vacation destination. The actor posted a picture of a fireplace on Instagram Stories along with the words "Waited three years for you," a heart emoji, and an emoticon of the Swiss flag.

As her actor-husband Saif Ali Khan and their son Taimur were unable to travel abroad to welcome in the new year because of the Covid-19 outbreak, Kareena Kapoor had been sharing recollections from her former Gstaad trips with her followers over the past couple of years.

Kareena posted on Instagram last year missing her Gstaad vacation days. The diva posted a selfie from a previous vacation to Instagram in which she was sans makeup and posed indoors against a blurry backdrop of what seemed to be snow-capped mountains. "Apres ski days. Will they return?" Kareena's caption read. 

Kareena last travelled to Gstaad with her family in 2019. She crossed paths with Varun Dhawan and his wife Natasha Dalal and Anushka and Virat during the trip. The pictures of the actor-cpuples had generated waves on social media back then.
