Karan Oberoi Arrested on Rape Charges by Oshiwara Police!

Actor Karan Oberoi has been arrested by police in connection with an alleged rape case in Mumbai, reports news agency ANI.

Karan who rose to fame with Jassi Jaisi koi Nahi  was seen in web series also. He entered into the industry with Swabhimaan, where he played Bobby and went on to star in shows like Saaya, Inside Edge among others. He was also a member of all boys music band, A Band of Boys, which was formed in 2001 and has appeared in several advertising campaigns.

The actor-model allegedly raped the woman on the pretext of marrying her, the police said in a statement. The actor has been sent to police custody till May 9 by Mumbai court. We'll keep you updated as the story develops....
