Karan Johar will reveal the first glimpse of Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday starrer ‘Liger’on December 31

Karan Johar recently announced on his Instagram account that the first look at Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday's film will be available on December 31.

Mike Tyson, the legendary boxer, also appears in this film. When asked about her encounter with the boxing legend, Ananya told the Bombay Times, " He’s such a great guy. I am not going to lie, I was a bit scared to interact with him given his persona and boxing brilliance. It can get unnerving. We have grown up watching his bouts. Contrary to his overwhelming image, he was extremely chilled out and funny. He was like a big teddy bear.”

Speaking of the film, it is said to have been shot in Telugu and Hindi, and it stars Ananya, Ramya Krishnan, and Mike Tyson, among others. The producers intend to release it across the country with dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. 

It has been confirmed that it will be released in theatres on August 25, 2022.
