Kangana Ranaut pens a note of gratitude for her 'Emergency' team after positive reception of the first look

Kangana Ranaut recently got into the spotlight and generated headlines as she introduced the first look poster and teaser of her upcoming film Emergency. The film is touted to be a political drama and Kangana will be essaying the role of former President Indira Gandhi in the film. 

To be noted, Kangana will one again wear the director's hat for this film after 'Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi'. While the poster and teaser of the film were unveiled, fans and followers showered Ranaut with love and praises and showed their support towards the film. 

Now the actress took to her social media handle and penned a note of gratitude for her team who believed in her through this process. Her note read, "As Emergency first look continues to trend everywhere, messages are still pouring in, its been overwhelming... I just want to say all my confidence in my vision and ambition comes from many extraordinarily brilliant people who are supporting and guiding me through this journey of Emergency..,I truly have the best people around me, this is by far the greatest time of my life and it's because of my team that I am taking the leap of faith.. Thanks to each and every member of team Emergency.

In a recent interview, Kangana talked about her look and her makeup team. She remarked that, David and his team are sharp experts. The entire team flew down from London. To decide on the final appearance, they conducted numerous look tests and held a number of discussions. 

David took the call on how to transform her. She actually has a striking physical resemblance to Mrs.Gandhi, particularly the skin's texture and jawline, he said. She informed him that in her native country, she is regarded as the ideal choice to portray Mrs.Gandhi.
