Kangna Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao have been making headlines from the time their second appearance on big screen has been announced by the makers of the film. And the cherry on the top is, 'The quirky title of the film' (Mental Hai Kya) and the posters of the duo that are being released by the makers after the announcement.
