Journalism Trending On Indian Television!

Ananya (Kritika Kamra) is an aspiring journalist who wanted to work with Kabir (Rajeev Khandelwal) who is her idol. The show is pretty accurately focusing on the struggle of reporters and how a news channel works. And to add in a little bit of masala on the show, the makers have introducer the love quotient.  Who wouldn't want to find their love while enjoying their work?  

Neha Sargam will soon enter the show as a press reporter and will be working in Shurya aka Kunal Karan Kapoor's press.  How the show portrays the role of a journalist is yet to be seen but we are sure that these two will make a lovely pair! 

Yash Sinha essays the role of Kabir who is a crime based reporter. Code Red shows the power a journalist has with his contacts and experience to help find the truth and eradicate crime.  

When you talk about journalists on television, one of the first names that one remembers is Patrakar Popatlal (Shyam Pathak).  Popatlal is seen as a character who is extremely proud of his profession. Along with him there is Rita reporter as well who works for a news channel and is usually seen covering the events happening in Gokuldham society.

Dubbu (Sukirti Kandpal) is beautifully essaying the role of a news reader who believes in giving her best towards her work. But her senior Daylan (Amir Ali) keeps throwing challenges in front of her.  Who said being a reporter is easy?  Office politics is something we have to tackle.... 

Varsha's daughter Ananya works for a fashion magazine in the show. It has been shown that due being a reporter, she has to work at wee hours.  Yes there are no hours in a reporter's life and no Sundays at times too.  But we love our job don't we?
