Jhalak of Gauhar and Hanif...

The svelte beauty Gauhar Khan is all set to make her debut in television industry with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 3 on Sony. She is following the footsteps of her sister Nigaar Khan by joining the league. Hanif Hilal will be seen as her choreographer in the show.

Hanif was seen in Season 1 with Pooja Bedi. The duo later started seeing each other and was part of Nach Baliye also.

"It's a celebrity dance reality show which showcases different international forms of dance. For me it's like questioning whether you would like to work with Big B. Of course my answer would be yes. Thus there was no reason to say no to such a great opportunity," says Gauhar.

What was your reaction when you came to know that Hanif is your choreographer? "I was laughing and said that I knew he will be my tutor," she adds.

When asked Hanif about Gauhar as a student he quips, "She is very committed and dedicated and that shows in the rehearsals too. She also gives lots of input and we work great as a team. I find her idea really nice and sometimes jump on it. Her inputs are extremely beneficial."

Whereas Gauhar states that, "Hanif is a very humble tutor and understanding. He has lots of patience and doesn't like throwing air as a choreographer, nor do I. Thus our tuning is good and we are aware of what we are doing and where we are heading.

Which judge scares you the most? "It's Saroj ji and Vaibhavi whose comments make us bit nervous. They are 'Maharathis' in their field and they look at each and every part of dancing, from technique to the perfection in steps," both chirp.

"In these kind of shows, its difficult to please everyone and that's what we are targeting at. We will see to it that everybody from judges to janta are pleased with our performances and give us vote," concludes Hanif.
