Jersey actor Saurabh V Pandey on how he learned acting, working with Shahid Kapoor and more

Actor Saurabh V Pandey has been receiving a resounding response for his role in the film Jersey. Saurabh V Pandey played the role of the captain of the Punjab cricket team, Ravindra. He plays a great role in Shahid Kapoor's cricket journey as they play together. 

The Jersey actor talks about how he learnt acting and reveals his mantra to success. He says, ''My mantra to success is to work hard to gain success.''

Talking about how he learnt acting, the actor says, 

"I am a keen observer of human behaviour. Going for auditions and seeing other actors perform was where I learnt acting. All that I know about acting is because of practice and performance. It is important for an actor to seek inspiration from everywhere. After a few years in this field, I took a 10-day workshop by Neeraj Kabi which also helped me to improve my skills and abilities. It was a wonderful and great learning experience for me. It enhanced me as an actor."

He further added, "I believe watching other actors perform is one of the best things to grasp acting lessons. As an actor, I always try to reach out and learn new things. I try to use my knowledge to enhance my role and the director’s vision."

Talking about the experience of shooting with Shahid Kapoor, the actor mentioned how he is a calm and down-to-earth person. He added that he is humble and his humorous behaviour made it easy for him to act his scenes with him and it was a learning experience too, since he has a lot of experience.

People in the industry say that luck makes all the difference in any actor's career. When asked about his take on this, the actor answered, 

"According to me, it's a blend of hard work and luck. You keep working hard until luck finds its way to you. My mantra to success is to work hard to gain success. Hard work and luck are two essential things we all need in our lives. I constantly work hard to gain success in life."
