It's Mango day on the sets of Zee's Parivaar!!

We all have heard of Rose day, Saree day, Valentine's day, Children's' day, Teachers' day etc. But have you ever heard of something called Mango Day? The cast and crew of Zee's Parivaar recently celebrated Mango day to mark the season of the king of fruits.

Actor Faisal Raza Khan came up with the idea of celebrating Mango Day. When Telly Buzz caught up with the actor to know more, Faizal smilingly replied, "Yes it was my idea. It struck me when I was having mangoes on the sets and I thought of the days when I used to eat mangoes with my family. The cast and crew here is also like a family for me, so why not have mangoes together and celebrate the season of this fruit on the sets? So I asked all the artists to get 2 kgs of mango of different varieties, and someone brought Alphonso, some Dashiri, others Langda etc.” When asked why just mangoes and not any other fruit, he replies with a smile on his face, “ I have been feeling very romantic in the past few days and I guess eating mangoes makes it all the more romantic”

We caught up with our very own Radha aka Deepti Devi, who has not been keeping well for the last few days to know what she thinks about the celebration. The actress says, “ I had a major health problem and so was feeling very low, but today I had a blast of time and enjoyed eating various mangoes. I have forgotten my sickness after getting so much of love and affection”

We also heard that Faizal has some more plans lingering in his mind to celebrate a food festival day where the entire cast will get their special dishes from home…

It sure seems like the cast of Parivaar is enjoying each and every moment to keep themselves happy even with their busy and hectic schedule. This is what we call team spirit!! Great going Faizal!!
