Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Neil falls severely ill just a day before his engagement

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode begins with Neil confessing his love to Tejaswini. He tells her that he never believed love could happen so unexpectedly until he met her. Neil recalls that from the moment he first saw her, he fell for her. He admits that he never imagined their paths would cross again, yet fate kept bringing them together. However, Teju firmly responds that she does not share his feelings. She makes it clear that even if circumstances were different, she would still not consider him as a life partner, as he does not align with the qualities she seeks in a husband. She criticises Neil and firmly asks him to never bring up this topic again.

Later, Vedaant approaches Neil, who asks him how the interview went. Vedaant happily shares that it went well and that the principal confirmed he can start school from Monday. Neil acknowledges this positively and then asks if Vedaant is hungry. When Vedaant says he is, Neil suggests they eat at a restaurant. However, Teju disagrees, insisting they should have their meal at home. Sensing her frustration, Neil tells Teju not to take out her anger on him. Vedaant, eager to eat out, pleads with Teju to agree. Seeing his excitement, Neil tells Vedaant that he can go ahead and eat, but he himself will not have anything if Teju refuses. Vedaant continues to persuade Teju, and eventually, she gives in to his request.

Upon returning home, Vedaant shares his excitement with Omi, informing him that he has been admitted to the school and really likes it. Satish questions why it took him so long to come back, but Omi reminds him that Vedaant had an interview, which might have delayed him. Mukta then asks Vedaant to wash his hands and feet so she can serve him food, but Vedaant tells her he has already eaten with Neil.

Hearing this, Laxmi and Satish criticise Vedaant for being unable to wait until he returned home to eat. Teju defends him, explaining that Neil insisted on it. Mukta then asks Teju to wash her hands so she can serve her as well, but Teju reveals that she has already eaten. This angers Laxmi and Satish, who scold her for not refusing Neil's offer. Teju, in response, clarifies that Neil was adamant about them eating together. Juhi intervenes, questioning why it is such a big deal if Teju eats outside. Satish, however, dismisses her concern with a sharp remark.

Laxmi then asks Vedaant what exactly he ate at the restaurant. When he remains silent, she raises her hand to hit him, but Teju and the others step in to stop her. Teju then answers on his behalf, revealing that they had Hakka noodles, ice cream, and water. She reminds everyone that even when Mohit was alive, they had eaten such food, yet no one objected then. She points out that Laxmi's reaction is not truly about the food but rather about their current struggles.

At this, Laxmi blames Teju for Mohit's death. Mukta steps in and challenges Laxmi, asking why Mohit left her in the first place. Laxmi is left speechless.

The next morning, at the Pradhan household, Leena and Amruta attempt to wake Neil, only to realise he has a fever. When the family checks, his temperature reads 104°F, causing them to panic. Neil asks to be taken to the hospital as his condition worsens. Concerned for his health, the family immediately calls an ambulance. Leena then turns to Nandini and urges her to postpone the engagement due to Neil’s illness. Meanwhile, the episode concludes with Neil losing consciousness, leaving his family in a state of panic.
