Cinevistaas' popular show Ek Hasina Thi on Star Plus which has cliched the TRP chart for its intriguing storyline has come to an end. This revenge drama which started with a bang managed to keep its suspense intact and revealed its secrets with the passing episodes.
Ek Hasina Thi traced the story of Nitya /Durga (Sanjeeda Shaikh) who executes her plans very well to avenge from a rich and spoiled brat Shaurya Goenka (Vatsal Sheth) for raping her docile and naive sister Payal (Teena Chopra).
As the story has reached its climax, the show will end on a happy note.
The team is shooting their last today and we contacted actor Bhuvnesh Maan who essays the character of Dev in the show, to know his experience and journey through this show.
He says, "I think more than me, people are liking this show, because the effort and character has been important to them. Its bad that the show is ending but I am proud to be a part of this show as there are quite a few shows like this which are applauded by them. For me it's a wonderful thing to be a part of this show. Well as far as celebration is concerned, I don't know about the celebration because we have been caught up with our tight scheduled but may be we will celebrate it later with a bash."

It was a wonderful show which was a shade different than other shows. The best part was that Durga lived up to her name and they showed a woman's strength. All the actors did a fabulous job playing their characters especially the villains, Shaurya and Sakshi. This show will remain with me forever and I will miss it terribly.

It's like spending many years building a brick house and then putting a roof of hay in haste. They could've given it another month to end without making it look abrupt. I felt like I was watching a hindi movie, which ends so predictably. Did liked this show a lot and Shakshi Goenka.

The reason why I will remember this show, is because it was actually unique. It had a fantastic concept and it was different compared to the same indian soaps we always see. The cast and crew did a wonderful job. If only Star Plus gave this show a chance...

The show was brilliant in the first 6 months and then Star Plus, PH and writer ruined it. The star cast was brilliant and deserved a better story and more justified ending! Best of luck to all the talented actors of EHT! They did the best job!
