It was an ABSOLUTE PAIN for Shahid to shoot the MUD SCENE with Kangana

Shahid Kapoor who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 'Rangoon' has revealed, why the extremely passionate looking 'mud romance' scene with Kangana Ranaut was an absolute pain!

During a recent media interaction when the actor was quizzed how was his experience shooting the mud scene with Kangana, he said: "We were shooting in January, it was very cold. We had 20 kgs of 'kicchad' (mud) on us, every time it had to be wetted down before the shot... so it was not an enjoyable experience. I fell ill for a week after that. I was very unwell. But it looks beautiful! When you see the film it's one of the nicest scenes in the film. It's a really nice scene but it was an absolute pain shooting for that scene. It's one of the worst memories of this film."

Who knew that shooting a romantic scene can be so much pain!

Directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, the film is slated to release on February 24, 2017.
