Independence Day celebration on the sets of Razia Sultan!

The nation celebrated its 69^th Independence Day on Saturday. While some of the TV actors got an off for the day, on the other hand some had to work.

We heard that, the unit of Siddharth Kumar Tiwary's popular historical drama Razia Sultan was on a working mode on the occasion of Independence Day and they celebrated the national festival on their sets where the leads Rohit Purohit and Pankhuri Awasthi hoisted the flag.

When we contacted Rohit, he said, "Around 9 o'clock, our shoot was on halt and the entire unit sung the national anthem together and hoisted the flag. We should thank God for blessing the country with such brave freedom fighters who fought for the freedom of our country. I wish everyone a very Happy Independence Day."
