Imlie: Imlie goes down on her knee to propose to Agastya

The episode of Imlie tonight opens with Imlie serving dinner to the Chaudhry family. Govind appreciates the taste of the food, which prompts Manno to reveal that Jugnu prepared it. As Imlie serves laddus to Agastya, he is reminded of Meera's childhood laddus. Daadi inquires about the laddus' creator, and Agastya attributes them to Meera, citing their nostalgic taste. However, Alka interrupts with criticism directed at Imlie for allowing her "kaaki" (aunt) into the kitchen, insinuating that she has tainted the environment. She proceeds to vilify Meera's character, but Imlie comes to her defense, recounting Meera's past loyalty while working at a bar. Alka dismisses this, asserting that all women associated with bars are destructive, to which Imlie counters by revealing her own past association with such an establishment and the acceptance she received from the Chaudhry family.

Alka escalates the confrontation by accusing Imlie of being characterless and implicating Agastya for supporting her due to his own tainted lineage, insinuating that he entered a fake marriage with Imlie for similar reasons. Agastya intervenes, warning Alka to refrain from disrespecting Imlie. Daadi steps in, reprimanding Alka and demanding an end to the derogatory remarks. Despite Daadi's warning, Alka persists until Agastya leaves the room in frustration. Meera approaches him, addressing him fondly as "Gattu," but Agastya asserts his identity as Agastya, expressing his reluctance to see her humiliated because of him. He acknowledges Imlie's determination to help Meera but insists that Meera's presence is detrimental to Imlie's well-being, urging her to depart soon.

Meanwhile, Sonali, Karan, Bulbul, and Amar visit the police station in pursuit of information about the Singh Sweet Factory case. Despite their efforts, the inspector dismisses their request due to the case's antiquity. Determined, Sonali devises a plan to access the records clandestinely. Bulbul distracts the police while Sonali and Amar sneak into the record room. Amidst their search, Amar flirts with Sonali, leading to their discovery by Vishwa, who brandishes a gun. A tense situation ensues, with Sonali's sari getting caught as she tries to hide. Amar cleverly diverts attention by feigning intoxication, allowing them to evade detection.

Later, Imlie and Agastya find solace in the backyard, each haunted by Alka's harsh words. Imlie, in an attempt to lighten the mood, humorously fantasizes about a hero in her dreams, only to jest that she ended up with Agastya instead. As she playfully continues, she surprises Agastya by kneeling and proposing to him with a ring.
