Fitness means to remain healthy and energetic.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I do all the household work, have lots of fruits, dance a lot and run around too.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

No, I am not conscious about my food choices, but I am rigid about my food choices I can say.

Drink lots of water

Basket Ball and Volley Ball during school.
