I keep a vision of trying new things: Kanwalpreet Singh on his transition from Hindi to Marathi industry

From being a part of popular television shows to playing important characters in Bollywood films, actor Kanwalpreet Singh has carved a niche for himself in the entertainment world. After winning hearts in the Hindi industry, the talented actor is all set to step up his game by making his Marathi debut with the upcoming film- Dil Dosti Deewangi.

While talking to us, actor Kanwalpreet Singh talks about his transition from the Hindi to Marathi industry.

Talking about the same, Kanwalpreet says,"You know, every artiste has a dream to grow and evolve and the Marathi industry gave me that opportunity. I strongly feel that language and region should not be a barrier because what matters the most is trying new things. Not everyone in the industry gets a chance to make a transition, but I consider myself fortunate to get this opportunity. Personally, I keep a vision of trying new things in my career and I believe in experimenting and constantly challenging myself as an actor. Another reason why I took up this project is that the makers believed that I could pull off the role."

Sharing his experience of working in the Marathi industry, Kanwalpreet says, "I thoroughly enjoyed myself while working on this project. It was a new and adventurous journey for me and I tried to put my best foot forward for my debut project. From co-stars to crew members, everyone was so supportive towards me. Overall, I had a great time working in the Marathi industry as it gave me a chance to explore the actor in me."

Lastly, sharing details regarding his project, Kanwalpreet says, "I am gearing up for the release of my film- Dil Dosti Deewangi, and the audience will get to see me in an interesting role in the film. While I am excited about my Marathi debut, I am nervous too. I hope that the audience showers me with positivity and love after watching my performance."

Professionally, Kanwalpreet Singh is popularly known for his performance in the TV show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah'. He was last seen in the show Channa Mereya in Star Bharat. The actor has also been a part of various projects, like Heropanti 2, Tamasha and others. Now, he is all set to mark his Marathi debut with the film- Dil Dosti Deewangi.
