What does fitness means to you?

Fitness means having food anytime without any restrictions but at the same time drink water as much as possible.

What efforts do you take to stay fit?

I regularly exercise yoga for 15-20 minutes and then go to the gym.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

Not really, but I avoid eating outside food and like to eat home cooked food.

Do you take protein supplements?

No.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

Wrestling.

I do skipping and exercise power yoga.
