Hubby Ranveer 'blown away' by Deepika's performance in 'Gehraiyaan'

As Gehraiyaan released on Amazon Prime Video, the reviews have begun to come in. Even though there are more positive than negative reviews, it is leading lady Deepika Padukone's performance that achieved the maximum applause from the critics.

And needless to say, husband and actor Ranveer Singh couldn't stop but talking about his wife's performance as well. This happened during a live Instagram session. Singh said, “Oh my god. I was blown away by her performance. You look at that and feel I won't be able to do such a performance. It was possibly her most nuanced performance. She always adds these magical nuances to her performances."

Directed by Shakun Batra, Gehraiyaan also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa in lead roles.

The film deals with infidelity as the main topic with twisted relationships.

On the workfront, both Singh and Padukone have a huge lineup of films ahead -
