Hrithik Shall Now Romance ... !!!

Shekhar Kapoor's ambitious English undertaking Paani is going to bring together world's greatest cinema houses - Bollywood and Hollywood. And with this, we bring news that will herald celebration for a vast range of fans.

For, representing our very own tinsel town is beloved desi hero, Hrithik Roshan, who apparently post his shooting stint with Barbara Mori has lost inhibition to work with non Indian lady protagonists.

And sharing the platform, or the screen space in this case,is Kristen Stewart who has been ultra famous for her role of Bella Swan in Twilight and sequel New Moon.

Director Shekhar Kapoor was in search of a young, fair, delicate, tall and pretty lass, and in Kristen he found an amalgamation of all that he desired for the role.

Sources close to the filmmaker state that Shekhar has discussed with Hrithik the role which involves playing a rebel of lower-class Mumbai, a male lead who has grown up in the life struggling slums and has ventured cautiously into the competitive upper world in search of more than his living has ever been worth. And this is the place where Hrithik's character meets Kristen's and love happens ... a usual class disparity love tale of a rustic male and the fragile lady - but with the cast that promises to deliver the characters, one can only imagine the pomp!

Approached for the movie, Kristen has agreed to all the terms and conditions. In fact, from what she claims, Kristen is a fan of Shekhar's work. And after the boyish charms of Robert Pattinson, it would be interesting for her fans to watch her romance the much masculine Hrithik Roshan.

Keeping himself in the safe zone, lest he be accused yet again of publicising ventures that never eventually happen, Shekhar Kapoor has kept low profile on this project. But it is confirmed that Paani is a film that he will be making, and this year itself.

Amusingly, it has emerged that director Shekhar actually approached Hrithik after gossips of them working together made headlines. The thought gave him a valid idea and it was only after this that the actor-director met and indulged in speculating talks.

And there it is - as we promised the news that is bound to enthrall countless fans of one or both these stars world wide - indeed, is the coming together of this combination not something to celebrate?!
