Here's the other side of the story!

Subhash Chandra Goel takes off on Sonu Nigam ; Singer maintains dignified silence. Read on to know more.

According to recent reports, celebrated singer Sonu Nigam had a slight altercation with Zee head honcho Subhash Chandra Goel.

The reports also claim that Zee has imposed a carpet ban on Sonu and has been getting all his songs dubbed in the films released by Zee Music Company. The singer has chosen to stay mum but through our sources, we've been able to reach the crux of the matter.

An eyewitness present at the party says, the issue could have been nipped in the bud and that Sonu kept his calm throughout, "Sonu had just arrived into the party and Subhash ji was heard saying Sonu is his creation and that he should take his name more often. To which Sonu had replied that maybe Subhash ji hasn't heard it enough but he always acknowledges his roots. There seemed a slight commotion and Subhash ji lost it shockingly. As far as I could see Sonu was absolutely civil and composed. In fact it was Subhash ji who relentlessly provoked him even though Sonu made sure that the matter was doused at the earliest.

The eyewitness further added, "Amar Singh, who was the host of the evening, was seen trying to intervene and calm Subhash ji down patronising Sonu's authenticity as a human being."

A sources close to Sonu claims that the singer has chosen to keep a dignified silence over the matter since he is the last person to dwell in negativity, and internally very fond of Goel. Whatever it is, we hope good sense prevails as it's a personal loss for Music and Music lovers.
