He treated me like trash: Sanjay Dutt’s daughter Trishala on being in a ‘toxic relationship’

Trishala Dutt is the only child from Sanjay Dutt’s first marriage with Richa Dutta and being an avid social media user she often showers love over her father with her social media posts. The starkid possess a massive fan following and she recently hosted an interactive Q&A session for her fans. 

During the session, Trishala got candid about her life and the issues she has faced so far. When asked about making mistakes in a relationship, she spoke about being in a toxic relationship and spared some details about the same. Dutt also shared how her ex-boyfriend treated her like trash.

Trishala asserted that she is ‘not perfect’ and wrote, “This guy I was ‘dating’ a few years ago & I put the word ‘Dating’ in quotes because I was basically dating myself, he never gave a sh*t lol but I had to convince this guy why it would be such a good idea to be together. I remember saying I would ‘give him a week’ to ‘think about it’. Wow! Talk about having low self-esteem, talk about having no respect for myself. Talk about having zero boundaries. Talk about subconsciously hating myself.”

“Anyway, long story short he treated me like trash. Obviously. And everyday I thought ‘he's just having a bad day’ - ‘Well, he's going through a lot so it's okay’ ‘maybe tomorrow will be better’. And it never got better. It got worse,” she added.

Trishala is the only child from Sanjay Dutt’s first marriage with Richa Dutta. After the couple separated a few years after marriage, Richa moved to the US to live with her parents and later died of cancer, leaving Trishala alone striving through her life’s problems on her own.
