And, the day is here. That one day on which they deserved to be felt on top of the world. We've seen them get worked up, and break down too; we've seen them give it up all for us and be there and one go; but, what about their own selves?
This Mothers day, we at Tellybuzz, decided to write open letters to the mothers of Indian Television shows. Have a read.

Focus, on yourself.
You've been there for Dev (Shaheer Sheikh) all throughout his life, and you've done it effortlessly, but, you need to realise that your certification does not come in the form of your son. You don't have to be the epitome of sacrifices because you as an individual have all the rights to be happy and not stress yourself up all the time.

To Jhanvi (Mrinal Deshraj) from 'Ishqbaaaz'

Be the woman you want you daughters to be and your son to marry.
Family does come first for a mother, and wife, but it does not have to come at the cost of your self respect and pride. Speak up for yourself, and do not let your husband get the better of your for the sake of your family. While you are trying to keep things together, you are actually setting it all wrong for you sons and daughters. Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) for that matter did end up being a victim to your ways with your husband Tej.

To Sharda (Prachi Shah) from 'Ek Shringaar - Swabhimaan'

You need to be a little practical along with being strong headed.
You have been an impeccable mother, your upbringing has indeed show its result in the form of your two lovely daughters, Naina (Ankita Sharma) and Meghna (Sangeita Chauhan). But now, it is time to let them face their battles alone, for you can't be their shield everywhere and all the time. Be confident ob both your values, and your daughters.

Sometimes, you need to learn to let go.
The kind of mother you have been to Adi (Abhishek Verma) and Pihu (Aditi Bhatia), you have already set an example of your kind, but now, you need to get back to business. Not just your own, but also, your own self. While you are the perfect combination of emotional and rational, you need to let it easy once in a while.

To Neela (Sayantani Ghosh) from 'Naamkarann'

Revenge is necessary, but not at the cost of people you love.
You have been the kind of mother who's not only giving, but, also is someone who'd set an example for your daughter Avni. You have made her independent, and helped her fight through the hardships, and now, it's time that you let the vengeance in your mind take a backseat.

To all the mothers who keep doing this time and again, you need to listen for this one time. Love your children all you can, but also love yourself for you deserve that for yourself.

As much as they are filled with love, they deserve that back equally as much, don't they?

Wishing all the mothers out there, the happiest of Mothers Day!
