It seems these days a movie cannot ride it easy to the silver screen before propelling into one a-many messy affairs prior to the much awaited release date. The same applies to Sanjay Leela Bhansali's newest flick, the Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan starrer Guzaarish.

Writer Dayanand Raajan is the man this time hindering the project, filing a case against SLB on terms that he has stolen the theme of his soon to be published novel. According to Raajan, the characters and plot of Guzaarish is very similar to his novel that he now plans to oppose against the Guzaarish team on grounds of copyright issues.

Will the release date of the eagerly awaited movie be delayed? It looks like we'll just have to wait and watch to see what happens next.
